Restorative Practice
We strongly advocate for students to resolve conflict using restorative practice. We acknowledge that a variety of factors influence behaviour and seek to address the underlying influences through empathy, relationship-building, communication, social and emotional learning and finding ways to respectfully hold one another accountable.
Co-Teaching
At Bowraville Central School students in all classes benefit from multiple educators in each classroom. The benefits of co-teaching are well documented in the research. We provide opportunities to co-teach, co-prepare and co-reflect on learning and assessment.

Our teachers create engaging educational experiences that connect students to the world and equip them for future success. As a Connected Communities school, we collaborate with the community to enhance educational outcomes for Aboriginal students and all students. We believe every student can achieve great things, supported by our dedicated staff in a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
